tictoc were appointed by Mind to help them improve their online communications and achieve their objectives more effectively.

Mind wanted to make it as simple as possible for their users to access information and advice on mental health issues while increasing interactivity through blogs and commenting. In addition to work on the main website, we were also asked to design and build a staff intranet, Local Mind Associations (LMA) extranet, and an information management tool to support Mind’s telephone helpline.

Utilising tictoc’s skills in User Experience Design, we helped Mind to restructure their site and better prioritise their content. The site now provides comprehensive information about more than 150 mental health conditions and topics. Our SEO strategy development will make these resources easier to find via search engines.

Mind's online shop sells a range of information booklets and publications that support the charity’s work.

Mind’s updated extranet helps Mind’s grassroots supporters connect with each other through an online forum. In addition, the new intranet allows many time-consuming admin processes to be taken online. 

The site has continued to evolve as other functionality has been incorporated, such as event management to allow people to book events online.

Digital marketing

The digital marketing campaign for Ktwo Products, was focused on promoting brand awareness Our core strategy focused on Search Engine Optimisation, putting in place several processes which improved success rate, this included, keyword analysis, on-page optimisation and conversion testing. The strategy also focused on areas of Social Media integration with platforms such as Twitter and Facebook.

As part of this strategy we work with internal teams to improve knowledge through Search Engine Optimisation and Google Analytics Training. These training sessions ensure that continued development of the Mind website. Strategy highlights included:
