Senior Ruby on Rails Developer - Glasgow
tictoc are a full service digital marketing agency, established in 1999, with offices in Glasgow and London.
We are currently looking for commercially experienced senior level Ruby on Rails web developers to join our team in our Glasgow office.
Our ideal candidate should have the following:
- Proven experience developing commercial Ruby on Rails based web applications
- Familiarity with agile development processes and test/behaviour driven development
- Full knowledge of the web development process - from Javascript to the database
- Attention to detail and a love of "getting things done"
- Willingness to learn, share and teach new ideas and techniques to the team
- Have a genuine passion for the web and the technologies around it
- Experience with other web development tools is also a bonus
Although we have front-end developers to create the HTML, CSS and Javascript pages you should also have an excellent working experience of standards compliant and accessible front-end development too.
