Anniesland College is located in the West End of Glasgow offering a range of full and part time courses with over 8000 students in attendance each year. The College is also proud of its reputation as a community college and delivers programmes in various community venues across Glasgow.

Anniesland College wanted to redevelop its website to target their different user audiences and ultimately generate student recruitment applications. They also wanted to ensure that important information about the college and its courses are easy to find and the application process is simple to use. The college wanted the website to have a flexible and user friendly CMS.

Solution

tictoc designed and developed their new website with an online application process, which allows users to apply for multiple courses, as well as being able to save their applications and come back at a later date. We integrated their course applications with their existing student management software allowing course applications to be handled using the existing administrative process. Vacancies within the college can be applied for online, which also allow users to save and return at a later date.

The website is facilitated by tictoc's Content Management System, which allows Anniesland College to manage all content and functionality in-house without it being technically demanding.
