We love the look of the new FVC website which we've just created, but it's also got some fabulous features, for example, we love the online application process where you can apply for more than one course at a time (obviously specifying your first choice!), save your application and return to complete it at a later date. The site integrates with Moodle and their Library, and also with their course database. It's got standard features, such as our events calendar module and online applications for job vacancies, but also some great touches like the Student Profiles, which give you a glimpse of the variety of students who attend the College. We also developed a dedicated business microsite which allows business users to book and pay for short courses online via secure credit card payment.
The website, microsite, integration and eCommerce system is all facilitated by tictoc's Content Management System, which allows FVC to manage all content and functionality in-house with now technical knowledge.
We really enjoyed working with FVC and look forward to further developing the site over time.
