One Children's Workforce Tool
This online tool developed by tictoc for the Children's Workforce Development Council is to help every Children's Trust to establish the progress they have made in developing a workforce that is reformed and integrated and making the best contribution possible.
Requirements
To work closely with CWDC to assess and scope the requirements of the online tool through a series of workshops, creation of the visual brand and design of all page templates/interfaces and building of the website and back end mechanics of the tool and bespoke Content Management System.
Solution
The visual solution is based around a 'rainbow' which is utilised throughout the tool to symbolise the various stages of the framework. The toolkit allows appointed ''workforce leads' to create tailored questionnaires and plans for each 'workforce person' with everything managed through a completely bespoke Content Management System.
