Requirements
Age Concern wanted to redevelop their website to update the look and feel, give more prominence to how to donate and get involved in their work, and to simplify the information structure. They also wanted to reduce the time their staff spent keeping the website updated.
Solution
tictoc worked with Age Concern to help them define their audiences and to organise the information architecture of the site to keep it simple and easily accessible from the homepage. The new site design uses quotes from users of their services to highlight the work they carry out, and positive images of older people. tictoc designed a clean look and feel for the site, which is built around tictoc’s Content Management System which allows Age Concern to update the content and control all functionality in-house.
