We want to welcome two of our newest members of the tictoc family Julie Ferguson and Chee Yeo! They will both be based in our Glasgow office, with Julie heading up our Search Engine Optimisation team and Chee joining our ever expanding team of developers.
Julie is an organic search specialist with a wealth of experience in search engine optimisation, having previously worked for SEO specialists bigmouthmedia, gaining experience across multiple verticals including retail, public sector, finance and travel.
Away from the search engines Julie plays football. After winning a football scholarship in the USA, she then came back to Scotland to play for club teams Hibernian and Celtic. Julie has also been capped 45 times for the Scottish National Team and travelled throughout the world for European and World Cup qualification matches. Could this mean the start of a tictoc football team?!
Chee is a computer science graduate with commercial experience in web development having worked for various digital agencies. He is a keen advocate and supporter of open source technologies particularly Ruby on Rails and writes for the Rails Magazine. Chee is also a keen developer of iPhone apps and has one being sold in the app store right now!
Chee has a website and blog that he works on in his free time. He also enjoys working in his back garden growing all sorts of vegetables and herbs as well as running when the weather permits. Kate is already nervous that her award winning courgettes are going to be outdone this year! Let the competition commence!
