After working on an extensive redesign and redevelopment project, tictoc have now launched the website for Bell Ingram.
Originally established in Scotland in 1899, Bell Ingram is one of the UK’s largest firms of independent land agents, with over 150 staff members in 14 offices across the UK. Bell Ingram has a diverse practice of specialisms which include: Estate Agency, Microgeneration (we were not entirely sure what this was at the start of the project!), Rural Land Management and Bell Ingram Design.
With a history dating back to the 19th Century, Bell Ingram has a prestigious reputation throughout Scotland and the UK and this had to be portrayed through the new site, as well as being simple and effective in its design to cater to their diverse range of clients.
The main focus for Bell Ingram was to merge the existing www.bellingram.co.uk and www.dmkestates.co.uk websites to create a new sector leading, interactive marketing tool. Properties 'For Sale' and 'To Let' can be easily searched and filtered by various criteria including location, price range, type, size and specialist features. A news, events and blog section was also created, while the new integrated twitter account keeps Bell Ingram staff on top of social networking. We are looking forward to the Bell Ingram tweets!
