The Police Complaints Commissioner for Scotland (PCCS) have now launched their new website to create further awareness of its objectives. The PCCS aims to review the way in which police organisations deal with complaints made by the public in Scotland.
tictoc have created a site, that easily guides you through the process of making a complaint to the PCCS. There are also real examples, listing previous complaints that they have investigated and the decisions that were made in each case.
As the Commissioner deals with complaints about all the Police Forces in Scotland, there are also links to each of their websites, and specifically the pages that deal with how to lodge a complaint.
