We get our heads around Mind

Mind, the leading mental health charity in England and Wales, has appointed tictoc to redevelop its website and improve its online presence. The organisation provides support to everyone with experience of mental distress and campaigns on issues relating to mental health.

tictoc were appointed after a pitch process against three shortlisted agencies.

The project will include making all Mind’s publications and products available online, an online events registration system for their training events, facilitating online membership and donations, an improved information management tool for their telephone helpline, and a blog and eNewsletters to improve communication with supporters and members. The project will also enable Mind website users to access peer support through social networks.

Mind's Web Producer Eve Bachrach said: "We chose tictoc because they showed a real understanding of our needs and they have the skills and experience to work with us creatively on all aspects of the redesign process. We are really excited to be developing a new website that will be much more interactive and easier for users to navigate, making it as simple as possible for people to get information and advice on mental health issues."

We'll let you know when the new website launches.
