Charities Online : it's the future!

tictoc has a lot of experience of working with charities to increase traffic, encourage online donations and achieve specific objectives online (just see our showcase of recent work for charities). But recently we've seen an increase in charities wanting to know how they can harness tools such as Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube. We know that many charities are using these tools more effectively than many other organisations.

So, our own Jo Kerr has written an article that highlights exactly how charities are making use of these social networking tools to build an online presence, campaign, communicate with supporters, and engage with audiences. It's a kind of compendium of best practice for engaging with audiences using social networking.

Published in The Drum this week, you can view the whole article here. If you don't want to register on The Drum site to read the whole thing, it's also on our site here.
