tictoc have developed a microsite for the Children's Workforce Development Council which will help Children's Trusts to ensure they are progressing the development of One Workforce - an initiative to reform the workforce to ensure integration and contribution to the Every Child Matters policy initiative.
The microsite allows workforce leaders to develop bespoke online toolkits for each of their workforce, and chart their progression through the different elements that make up the plan.
