Our new Trailblazers microsite for the Muscular Dystrophy Campaign helps young people with muscle disease come together to tackle inequality and fight against the social injustices experienced by people living with muscle disease.
The microsite is a key part of the young campaigners’ network, providing young people with the chance to share their experiences, sign up for different campaigns around the UK and support each other. All Trailblazers can blog, and upload photos and videos of events and successes in their region.
