It has a striking new design using vibrant colours and strong images of the wide range of animals that the charity is involved in rescuing and rehoming. The site includes a bespoke rehoming widget that allows users to search for the perfect pet to take into their home from many of the animals currently in the charity’s rescue and rehoming centres. They can narrow their search by location, animal type, and breed. As well as giving prominence to rehoming, which research showed was a key reason for people to visit the site, it also includes information about the charity, including online membership and job application forms, and wallpapers and screensavers to download.
