tictoc's London team were invited to tender for the website project recently and following a credentials presentation were successful in securing the business.
The aims for the project will be to completely re-design the current site which was developed over ten years ago and drastically improve the user experience and site architecture. Content will be specifically tailored for the target market which includes local authority stakeholders, service commissioners, service users, potential employees and donors.
The site will be built with tictoc's Content Management System enabling continual updating by a number of St Mungo's staff and will be controlled closely through our multi level authoring privileges.
With tictoc we are confident we have found an agency that fully understands our needs; to connect with everyone from homeless people to local and central government. Their friendly, pragmatic approach to working with a voluntary sector organisation and their fresh design ideas mean we are looking forward to getting our teeth into the project.
