CWDC selects tictoc

Childrens Workforce Development Council (CWDC) exists to improve the lives of children, young people, their families and carers by ensuring that all people working with them have the best possible training, qualifications, support and advice. It also helps children and young people's organisations and services to work together better so that the child is at the centre of all services.

The tender for the project was advertised nationally through industry press and following a rigorous procurement process, tictoc was one of the five agencies shortlisted to pitch.

The remit for the project is far reaching including auditing and making recommendations on CWDC's current online communications, redesigning and rebuilding both the CWDC and Children's Workforce Network (CWN) websites, developing a Staff intranet and Board Members extranet. All aspects must be simple and stylish, highly accessible to their wide and varied target markets and ensure excellent search engine optimisation. All aspects of the websites, intranet and extranet will naturally be entirely updateable through the tictoc Content Management System.

CWDC aims to improve the lives of children, young people and their families through a challenging workforce reform and sector skills agenda. Our online presence plays an important role in both communications and delivery, so we're looking forward to working with tictoc to make sure our website and the CWN site are fit for purpose and meet the needs of our many and varied audiences.

We were impressed by tictoc's understanding of the brief, their creative approach and wide-ranging experience"
