Cam comments: "I'm delighted to have joined the tictoc development team and am looking forward to starting on the many projects currently active. Web development has progressed greatly in the past few years and as the tools at our disposal improve, the focus is shifting from the technology onto the user experience we deliver. I'm aiming to help tictoc maintain and improve upon the high standards they've set in the past."
Paul Mowat has joined tictoc from Laveron in the position of senior designer. Paul will add to our already strong creative team and will focus on creative brand development for our clients. He'll also work alongside our web developers designing fully functioning websites.
Following a recent recruitment drive, we have appointed Douglas Smith to strengthen our website marketing team.
The appointment comes after a busy first half of the year and several major new project wins for the Glasgow office.
With an MSc in Information Technology and a wealth of creative experience, Douglas has been brought on board to develop new and work with existing clients on a range of marketing materials. Primarily, Douglas's focus will be on Search Engine Optimisation, which is a hot topic at the moment and is a fantastic opportunity to develop effective solutions for tictoc's clients, online.
Douglas comments, "I am very excited to be working with tictoc developing the web marketing arm of the company. Its no longer good enough for a company to just have a website, they must be able to monitor it and react to market changes. This really is the next stage in the evolution of web development and I look forward to progressing this with tictoc."
