Social Media Strategy for ENABLE Scotland

ENABLE Scotland has appointed tictoc to develop a Social Media Strategy for the charity as they established a need to increase awareness of what they do as an organisation including their work on Campaigns and Policy, Fundraising and Events, Membership and Services.

 
ENABLE Scotland is already using social media (Facebook, Twitter, blogs) but they wish to extend how their fans and followers engage with them, how they manage social media activity internally, how they communicate the rules about social media use to staff, and to ensure that staff are well-trained in how best to use social media platforms.
 
tictoc's goals for their social media activity include encouraging fans and followers to become members and donors, raising awareness of campaigns and appeals, encouraging engagement on social media platforms, developing a profile on LinkedIn, improve Facebook, Twitter and blog use and use activity on all social media platforms to drive traffic back to the site.
