Design.

Let's get it out in the open straight away. Creatives are a bit nutty. But nutty or not, we love them, for as a family we're all passionate (or bonkers) about good design. We bring this passion to every project we work on.

We think of design in two stages, ‘visual look and feel’ - creating concepts, ideas and solutions for elements which will form the overall visual brand of a website design. And ‘template and interface design’ - where we create each individual page and all the user interfaces that are required. We can create designs from nothing or work with your extensive brand guidelines, or a bit of both (which is most common). Or we can even help you tweak or develop a new brand style through our sister agency Kayak - a strategic branding and communications agency who can help you achieve your organisation’s goals through the development of your brand.

Development.

Our technical team are one big happy family, working together to solve even the most complex problems.

Of course there’s a lot more on the cards these days therefore our interactive family members work closely with their research, strategy and design cousins to create a range of solutions - websites, microsites, intranets, widgets, apps and content management systems. When it comes to programming languages and content management systems we are neutral. We are Switzerland! We work closely with our clients to research and select the most appropriate system for them, rather than offering a single solution which might not be suitable. Enterprise level, open source and bespoke solutions, we offer them all.

Agile development is our methodology of choice. This doesn’t mean our developers can touch their toes (although I’m sure at least a couple could), it means our working methods are incremental and fluid. Other terms which sum up 'agile' are collaborative, responding to change, self organisation, continual discussion and simplicity. All of which are music to our clients' ears.

Finally, we have to mention two areas close to our heart. Accessibility and security. Our clients demand both, so we deliver them.
