What's the general consensus on the office secret santa?
Is it naff? Does it cause unnecessary stress?
Or is it just a bit of festive fun?
Secret santa means having to go to the shops which is never good at this time of year. You are forced to buy something rubbish for someone you hardly know so that you can then be given some useless piece of tat that you will feel obliged to be thankful for. What is fun about that?
I suppose what you could do is buy from a charity shop, that would make the present buying a bit more challenging and your doing your bit for a worth while cause...
