Snow + Car = Disaster
Although it snowed almost all day on Monday for some reason the snow didn't take to the streets of Glasgow. I think it's got something to do with the almost seamless covering of used chewing gum that covers the pavements in the city centre. However, in the not so leafy suburbs the snow started to lie and by the early afternoon mayhem had broken out as parents started rescuing children from schools. These pictures (taken just round the corner from my house) illustrate the extent of the mayhem perfectly.
