Things your web agency can’t do for you
OK, now this sounds like a nasty article. We don’t want to be mean, it’s just that there are certain things that are out of our control. Like your email, for one. Yes, we host your website, and we can help you out with it. But your email system is different. We don’t host your emails, and we can’t solve any email problems that you’re having.
We also aren’t particularly qualified to support software products. So, if you’re having problems with Adobe, or Word, or Powerpoint, or even a graphics package, we’re probably not the people to speak to. If you phone us with a question about these and we help you, we’re doing it out of the goodness of our hearts, not because it's what you're paying us for.
